Maybe it's just me, but I'm REALLY bad about actually leaving the house with everything I really really need for the day. Especially when we're getting in the car and leaving the city completely. With two kids, there are a million things to remember... and usually I leave the house without the most important things-- Pacifiers? Diapers? Wipes? Sunscreen? YES, those are the things I leave at home in my scattered state of mind. I know.

So here's the best thing I've found to remedy the situation: SugarSnap. They created pretty boxes for you to keep everything together... and they created small mesh organizers to make it even easier! The organizers can stay in your car (which is our strategy), or you can take them out and stick them in a diaper bag and make them do double duty for adventures without a car.

They also include the best packing list so that you can fill the bags with the things you regularly use, and then just run down the checklist as you're walking out the door to be sure you have everything you need.

Obviously Sophie felt it was incredibly important to pack her own "Toys & Trinkets" bag immediately. :)
