I've been a fan of Pinhole Press since I first viewed their website about a year ago. I never really had an excuse to order any products from them until Maggie's birthday last weekend. I realized that I had never created a baby book for my second-born... How is this negligence possible as a third-born who was deprived of having my own book? I don't know, but I managed to drop the ball. I have high hopes that I will one day compile all the emails and photos I've sent her this first year to create a book. We'll see about that!
In the meantime, I made my first Pinhole Press purchase a few weeks ago for my little darling: a Maggie notepad! I set it out at her birthday party last weekend and it got even more compliments than the cake (the cake was a funfetti cake, so that's saying something!). I asked her guests to write a little note to her and a sweet memory of our little girl's first year of life. It will be nice for her to have her own little book starting from square one. I'm actually planning to do a spiral bound one for the girls at each birthday with a photo of them at that particular age. I'll have the notes from birthday party guests on the first few pages, then I'll be able to use the remainder of the book to handwrite personal notes to them throughout the year to chronicle some ups and downs for them. I'm getting sentimental in my old age (30 is coming too fast)!
The company seriously has so many fun ways to personalize day to day items. I'm sure you'll love them as much as I!
XO,
Kate
